VAGINOPLASTY

Vaginoplasty is a complete operation aimed at restoring the vaginal caliber, that is to say, reducing the female orifice. After a vaginal delivery or over the years, the tissues of the vagina sag. This is called vaginal gaping. This sagging is an aesthetic inconvenience, but it can also lead to more or less light incontinence problems as well as a loss of vaginal sexual pleasure. Vaginoplasty will therefore operate a complete vaginal rejuvenation, tightening, lifting and firming the vaginal walls, the mucous membranes and the perineum.

To plump up the mucous membranes and reduce the orifice, fat is taken from the patient at the pubic area, thighs or buttocks. It is then processed, purified and implanted into the vaginal walls. This autologous fat graft improves the sensitivity of the vagina. Indeed, fat is a trophic tissue, which helps the vaginal mucosa to be plumped up. The vulvar gape is then corrected by vaginal plasty. The vagina is tightened and raised by the surgeon. Finally, the specialist performs a posterior colpoperineorrhaphy to restore the pelvic floor to its original shape. To do this, the levator muscles are brought together and a small ligament - the central fibrous core of the perineum - is reconstructed between the anus and the vagina.

For 3 to 4 days after vaginoplasty, a work stoppage allows patients to heal without complications. After three weeks of abstinence, sexual intercourse can resume. The pleasure felt is then more intense, a second youth for your intimacy!
