Vaginoplasty is a cosmetic surgery operation of the intimacy that allows women to regain a young, firm and toned vagina. After this operation, the size of the vaginal orifice is reduced, the perineum is tightened. This intervention therefore has an aesthetic aim, but also a gynecological interest. Indeed, after this operation of the vagina, the risks of incontinence decrease drastically. Women feel more comfortable with their intimacy and their sexual pleasure increases. This intimate surgery procedure combines different approaches to achieve an optimal result. The muscles, pelvic floor and vaginal walls are tightened and plumped up, for a natural and lasting result.

Vaginoplasty is a complete operation aimed at restoring the vaginal caliber, that is to say, reducing the female orifice. After a vaginal delivery or over the years, the tissues of the vagina sag. This is called vaginal gaping. This sagging is an aesthetic inconvenience, but it can also lead to more or less light incontinence problems as well as a loss of vaginal sexual pleasure. Vaginoplasty will therefore operate a complete vaginal rejuvenation, tightening, lifting and firming the vaginal walls, the mucous membranes and the perineum.
This comprehensive treatment for the signs of vaginal aging provides unbeatable comfort. Pleasure is restored, and the anatomy is visibly firmer, taller, and more toned. This procedure can also be combined with G-spot lipofilling.

Vaginal rejuvenation includes all areas responsible for sagging intimacy. The vaginal orifice is therefore considered as a whole, beyond the visible external surface.
The intervention itself can take place in 3 stages, depending on the patient's needs:
Before any cosmetic and gynecological surgery, an initial consultation is scheduled in order to establish a diagnosis of the patient and to observe any possible contraindications. It should be noted that vaginoplasty is actually a 3-stage operation: vaginal lipograft, muscle tightening and skin plastic surgery. Depending on the patient, the cosmetic surgeon may recommend one, the other or all of these procedures, under local anesthesia (in the majority of cases) or general anesthesia (in exceptional cases).
In case all three steps are recommended to you, here is how a complete vaginoplasty is performed. First, a rigorous disinfection of the area ensures the hygiene of the operation before anesthesia.
To plump up the mucous membranes and reduce the orifice, fat is taken from the patient at the pubic area, thighs or buttocks. It is then processed, purified and implanted into the vaginal walls. This autologous fat graft improves the sensitivity of the vagina. Indeed, fat is a trophic tissue, which helps the vaginal mucosa to be plumped up. The vulvar gape is then corrected by vaginal plasty. The vagina is tightened and raised by the surgeon. Finally, the specialist performs a posterior colpoperineorrhaphy to restore the pelvic floor to its original shape. To do this, the levator muscles are brought together and a small ligament - the central fibrous core of the perineum - is reconstructed between the anus and the vagina.
For 3 to 4 days after vaginoplasty, a work stoppage allows patients to heal without complications. After three weeks of abstinence, sexual intercourse can resume. The pleasure felt is then more intense, a second youth for your intimacy!
